Designed the SEO strategy and pioneered the move into the social networking environment, creating a range of plugins and widgets that achieved a <strong>300%</strong> increase in <strong>unique visitors</strong> and a <strong>140%</strong> increase in sales over the first 6 months. The magazine ranked <strong>no.1</strong> in the Romanian “Society/NGO” websites top, for four years in a row (2012 to 2015). <br><br> Performed at least one major website technical update a year.     Worked collaboratively with agency’s clients and in-house development team to provide rapid, robust and client-acclaimed front- and back-end web development, optimizing user experience, search engine ranking, brand positioning, news coverage and related metrics. <br /><br /> <strong>Representative Projects & Results:</strong> <br><br> <ul> <li> <span class="mark align_up" style="font-style: italic">CSR Campaign Platform for Tuborg Romania (URBB)</span>: Led front- and back-end development for the online platform of the CSR Campaign “Green Umbrella”. Developed SEO and content marketing strategy. Gained national awareness in the Romanian blogosphere, ranking <b>no 1</b> for <b>two years</b> in a row, in the national top of Romanian blogs (Zelist). The online platform handled more than <b>1.000</b> Romanian partner bloggers, distributed more than <b>50.000</b> environmental <b>car stickers</b> and had a weekly website traffic of more than <b>10.000 unique users</b>. Implemented innovative technological solutions for journalists’ relations. Worked collaboratively with touchpoint directors for integrating the three separate business models, supporting a <b>weekly traffic</b> of more than <b>50k</b> and serving <b>a third</b> of the cement, concrete and aggregates Romanian B2B <b>market</b>. Developed the interface for abstracting environmental / sustainability data for the company’s Sustainability Report (see <a href="http://www.selenis.ro/en/2008/04/selenis-to-launch-corporate-website-heidelbergcement-romania/">details</a>). </li> <li> <span class="mark" style="font-style: italic">BRD Groupe Societe Generale</span>: Led front- and back-end development for the Romanian bank’s sustainability online platform, which achieved industry acclaim and national newspaper coverage. Worked extensively with the European security provider, in order to pass a cutting-edge security audit. Developed the interface for collecting local environmental/HR/business data and integrating into the Group’s Sustainability Report. </li> <ul>
